Smada Reef: Return & Refund Policy

At Smada Reef, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our 3D-printed aquarium accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. Please note that for the safety of your aquatic environment, items that have been submerged in water or used in an aquarium setup cannot be returned.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our 3D-printed goods, personalized or custom-designed orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in printing and packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.

  • We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

  • Buyer's Remorse: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs if the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
