1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Smada Reef, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store or purchase our products.
2. Product Use and Liability
Our products are designed for use in aquarium environments. Because we cannot control the environment in which our products are installed, or the condition of your equipment, Smada Reef shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage to aquarium livestock, corals, or equipment.

Water damage, leaks, or electrical failures.

Failure of mounting solutions or magnetic components.

By using our products, the user assumes all risks associated with their installation and operation.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D models, photography, and content provided by Smada Reef are the exclusive property of Smada Reef. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our designs—including unauthorized printing of our models—is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright laws.
4. Custom Orders
For custom-designed 3D-printed requests, Smada Reef reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on feasibility and brand alignment. Once a custom design is approved and payment is processed, the order is final and non-refundable, as these items are created specifically for your unique requirements.
5. Product Accuracy
While we strive for precision in our 3D printing process, please note that slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing materials (PET-G). Photos on our site are representative of the final product. We reserve the right to update product designs to improve functionality without prior notice.
6. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy, eBay). Smada Reef does not store your credit card or financial information.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Smada Reef is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing. If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
