Smada Reef: Shipping Policy

At Smada Reef, we know how eager you are to get your equipment installed and running. We strive to process and ship your 3D-printed accessories as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Most in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Because our products are 3D-printed, some items may require additional time for production. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed, inspected, and packaged.

  • Note: During peak periods or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

  • We use major reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship all orders from Florida.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days once the package has been handed to the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Smada Reef is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

4. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes required by their destination country.

  • Shipping times for international orders vary significantly based on customs processing; please allow extra time for these deliveries.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the box and the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us. We will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.

6. Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to redirect the package.
